We had a really really nice stay in a long time. Loved Chiang Mai, the hotel was good small and reasonably priced in the city area. It had comfortable and decent location steps away from Siam Insect-Zoo & Museum. The staff was professional, doing great job👍

Very friendly stuff and unbeatable location to Old City, everything was nice. They gave me large and nicely decorated room with comfortable big bed and washing machine, for instance. I really enjoyed perfect lighting. Location: the hotel was right by red trucks going to Doi Suthep, the centre of Chiangmai, and shops or restaurants.

Nice complementary drinks and snacks in the room and good location near nice restaurants and bars. The room was also clean and well-equipped with modern amenities.
The staff was not welcoming or helpful, which made my stay rather uncomfortable. the breakfast options were limited, and the food wasn't tasty.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful room that was cozy, spacious and clean. The location was perfect, close to several famous shops and restaurants, while being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the nearby bike rental service was convenient for exploring the area.
The drain in the shower could have been cleaner and the bath gel ran out a bit faster than expected.

Liked the location! The hotel is situated in one of the most lively areas of the city and is close to many restaurants, markets, and shops. , the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful which made our stay easier.
Disliked the breakfast provided. The food was little and not appetizing.
